“The Manhattan International High School" Documentary Premiere

Next Tuesday, October 26 is going to take place the premiere of the documentary “The Manhattan International High School" during a town hall format at the school building located in Midtown Manhattan, NYC. The screening will be introduced by its director Pablo Herrera.

The 30 minute piece tells the story of more than 50 students in the process of learning the craft of documentary film-making during the COVID 19 era. From principles of photography and composition to film narrative analysis and criticism, students have shown incredible levels of engagement and success despite the challenges of online learning and have had the opportunity to apply the skills by using their own experiences as sources of inspiration for more than 10 assignments. Stay tune, the documentary will be soon released online!
